Great piece by Scripps Howard’s Clifford May (linked here to the website of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, a great group) about the growing tendency of not just left-wing activists but of the major media as well (but I repeat myself) to refuse to debate anyone with whom they disagree, preferring to simply demonize them and go on. This is a disturbing trend in the public life of our nation, and definitely not a healthy one.
